Each issue of the Journal of Physiology (Paris) is specially commissioned, and provides an overview of one important area of neuroscience, delivering review and research papers from leading researchers in that field. The content will interest both those specializing in the experimental study of the brain and those working in interdisciplinary fields linking theory and biological data, including cellular neuroscience, mathematical analysis of brain function, computational neuroscience, biophysics of brain imaging and cognitive psychology.This is a forum where the proceedings of specialized symposia can be published as a collection of full-length articles. The Journal of Physiology and Biochemistry publishes the results of original research articles and minireviews on the different topics of human normal or pathological physiology, biochemistry, molecular biology and related fields.All fields of the physiology are covered, from the molecular to the global organism level. Special emphasis is placed on the integration of those levels in the whole-organism, with the specific contribution of the nervous and endocrine systems.The Journal of Physiology and Biochemistry also welcomes articles on nutritional studies or works related to the genomic or proteomic bases of the physiological functions.

Journal of Physiotherapy is the official journal of the Australian Physiotherapy Association. The Journal of Pidgin and Creole Languages (JPCL) aims to provide a forum for the scholarly study of pidgins, creoles, and other contact language varieties, from multi-disciplinary perspectives. The journal places special emphasis on current research devoted to empirical description, theoretical issues, and the broader implications of the study of contact languages for theories of language acquisition and change, and for linguistic theory in general. The editors also encourage contributions that explore the application of linguistic research to language planning, education, and social reform, as well as studies that examine the role of contact languages in the social life and culture, including the literature, of their communities.

The journal is a forum for the original scientific results of basic, applied, and clinical research involving any aspect of the pineal gland or its hormonal products in all vertebrate species. Essential criteria for publication are soundness, novelty, and timeliness, as well as clarity of presentation. Experimental data that are contrary to currently accepted thinking or divergent from actual dogma will be considered, provided the findings are based on solid, new experimental observations. All submitted papers must be complete in themselves. Case reports will be considered if the findings contribute significantly to an understanding of some aspect of the pineal gland. It is the expressed aim of the journal to serve pineal researchers in all disciplines.
