The Journal of Applied Sports Sciences (JASS) is the National Sports Academy (NSA) scientific journal in Sofia, Bulgaria. The new academic edition aims at representing a wide range of scientific publications in the field of sports sciences from all over the world, providing visibility of the research results and an opportunity to deepen knowledge in the field of sports.

The scientific journal publishes manuscripts free of charge, and the only paid optional subscription is to the printed version of the journal.

Our thoughts and best wishes are with their families at this sad time.Journal of Applied Statistics provides a forum for communication between both applied statisticians and users of applied statistical techniques across a wide range of disciplines. These areas include business, computing, economics, ecology, education, management, medicine, operational research and sociology, but papers from other areas are also considered. The editorial policy is to publish rigorous but clear and accessible papers on applied techniques. Purely theoretical papers are avoided but those on theoretical developments which clearly demonstrate significant applied potential are welcomed. Each paper is submitted to at least two independent referees. Each issue aims for a balance of methodological innovation, thorough evaluation of existing techniques, case studies, speculative articles, book reviews and letters. Journal of Applied Statistics: Environmental Statistics and Data Science provides a forum for communication among applied statisticians, data scientists, and practitioners exploring research in all areas relating to climate statistics, data science, environmental statistics, ecological statistics, and spatial statistics, broadly defined and including multidisciplinary approaches. The journal is interested in receiving papers in the following topics relating to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):

Journal of Applied Toxicology publishes reviews and research articles on mechanistic, fundamental and applied research relating to the toxicity of drugs and chemicals at the molecular, cellular, tissue, target organ and whole body level in vivo (by all routes of exposure) and in vitro / ex vivo . Focus is on toxicogenomics and proteomics, teratogenesis / developmental / reproductive toxicology, carcinogenesis, mutagenesis, pharmacokinetics, pharmacotoxicological and metabolic mechanisms, risk assessment, environmental toxicology and environmental health as applied to humans (including epidemiological studies). In addition Journal of Applied Toxicology also publishes analytical and method development studies, mechanistic and molecular toxicology studies on novel or existing drugs and chemicals, addressing important or topical aspects of toxicology. Special emphasis is given to papers of clear relevance to human health and regulatory pharmaceutical / chemical toxicology. JAWER’s paradigm-changing (online only) articles provide directly applicable solutions to water engineering problems within the whole hydrosphere (rivers, lakes groundwater, estuaries, coastal and marine waters) covering areas such as:

The Journal publishes selected articles from Sibirskii Zhurnal Industrial’noi Matematiki and Diskretnyi Analiz i Issledovanie Operatsii on mathematical research in natural sciences, technology, ecology, medicine, and economics. The publications are devoted to the qualitative theory of differential equations, mathematical simulation in mechanics, technical physics, chemistry, biology, economics, discrete mathematics, mathematical research in the mechanics of solids, mechanics of fluids and gases, mechanics of inhomogeneous media, filtering, management, and informatics theory, problems of discrete optimization and graph theory, development and analysis of algorithms, synthesis and complexity of control systems, coding and automata theory, decision analysis and theoretical scheduling problems, game theory and applications. Mathematical chemistry, biology, and medicine are also well presented in the Journal.

Zeitschrift der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Geowissenschaften (ZDGG) is an international peer reviewed journal that accepts papers on research and applied topics in the Earth Sciences. It is published online and in print. One volume, consisting of four issues is published annually. The journal is continously published by German Society of Geosciences (DGG) since its foundation in 1848. It was relaunched in 2005.ZDGG invites the submission of English, German and French language papers from all fields of geology, hydrogeology, paleontology, tectonics, sedimentology, engineering geology and of course environmental geology to name a few.
