Teori´a de la Educacio´n es una revista interuniversitaria de Educacio´n fundada en 1986 y cuyo tema son los estudios sobre teori´a de la Educacio´n. Su actual director es A´ngel Garci´a del Dujo, profesor de la Universidad de Salamanca. La revista tiene, desde 2009, una periodicidad semestral (2 volu´menes al an~o) y publica fundamentalmente los textos en castellano, aunque todos sus arti´culos llevan, adema´s, el ti´tulo, el resumen y las palabras clave tambie´n en ingle´s y france´s. La coedicio´n cienti´fica de esta revista se lleva a cabo con la participacio´n de los departamentos de Teori´a e Historia de la Educacio´n de las universidades de Alicante, Auto´noma de Barcelona, Complutense de Madrid, Granada, Islas Baleares, Ma´laga, Murcia, Oviedo, Pai´s Vasco, Rovira i Virgili de Tarragona, Salamanca, Santiago de Compostela, UNED, Valencia y Vigo. .

Terminology is an independent journal with a cross-cultural and cross-disciplinary scope. It focusses on the discussion of (systematic) solutions not only of language problems encountered in translation, but also, for example, of (monolingual) problems of ambiguity, reference and developments in multidisciplinary communication. Particular attention will be given to new and developing subject areas such as knowledge representation and transfer, information technology tools, expert systems and terminological databases. Terminology encompasses terminology both in general (theory and practice) and in specialized fields (LSP), such as physics; biomedical sciences; technology; engineering; humanities; management; law; arts; business administration; trade; corporate identity; economics; methodology; and any other area in which terminology is essential to improve communication.

Territory, Politics, Governance is an interdisciplinary journal from the Regional Studies Association.  It is committed to the development of theory and research in territorial politics and the governance of space.  This journal creates a platform on which to explore the interface between territory, politics, economy, identity and the organisation of political space. It confronts topical and emergent issues of world economic and political concern. The journal publishes original, high quality international scholarship from this growing, international and increasingly vibrant field directed at a worldwide academic audience and at policy makers, activists and other communities of practice.

The journal is under consideration for inclusion in Social Science Citation Index and will have a significant circulation footprint from Volume 1, Issue 1 as it is distributed with its sister journals, Regional Studies and Spatial Economic Analysis. It will be essential reading for academics and practitioners alike.

With the advantages of being a new journal with shorter average turnaround from submission to review to decision the journal aims to publish two issues in 2013, three in 2014, moving to quarterly from 2015.

To be accepted, a paper must adhere to a high standard of scholarship and make an important contribution to this emerging field. Original paper submissions are sought from political scientists, geographers, sociologists, planners, lawyers, humanists and others working on territorial politics and the governance of space.

We encourage contributions that develop the field and promote communication across spatial and disciplinary borders. The following examples illustrate some of the subjects of interest:

Terrorism and Political Violence reflects the full range of current scholarly work from many disciplines and theoretical perspectives. It aims to give academic rigour to a field which hitherto has lacked it, and encourages comparative studies. In addition to focusing on the political meaning of terrorist activity, the journal publishes studies of various related forms of violence by rebels and by states, on the links between political violence and organized crime, protest, rebellion, revolution, and human rights. Symposia are a regular feature covering such subjects as: terrorism and public policy; religion and violence; political parties and terrorism; technology and terrorism; and right-wing terrorism. A truly interdisciplinary journal, it is essential reading for all academics, decision makers and security specialists concerned with understanding political violence. Tertiary Education and Management is the journal of The European Higher Education Society (EAIR).Tertiary Education and Management (TEAM) is an international peer-reviewed journal intended to create a better linkage of research, policy and practice in teaching and learning as well as in higher education management, governance and organisation. Text and Performance Quarterly publishes scholarship that explores and advances the study of performance as a social, communicative practice; as a technology of representation and expression; and as a hermeneutic. Articles address performance and the performative from a wide range of perspectives and methodologies, and they investigate all sites of performance from the classical stage to popular culture to the practices of everyday life. TPQ also features a 'Performance in Review' section that provides a scholarly forum to document performances and to situate and critique them within enduring and emergent issues in performance studies praxis. Projects about artists working outside the academy are featured, however, work is also encouraged from or about academic scholar-artists who use performance as a method of inquiry.
