The aim of Service-Oriented Computing & Applications is to publish original and high quality research results on the service-oriented computing (SOC) paradigm, models and technologies that have significant contributions to the advancement of service oriented systems and their applications. Service-oriented computing has emerged as a major research topic in the past few years. Although the concept has evolved from earlier component-based software frameworks, web service standards are based on the readily and openly available internet protocols, and thus are easier and cheaper for companies to adopt. The strong support from major computer and IT service companies further speeds up the acceptance and adoption of SOC. However, service developers and users face many significant challenges and opportunities that are introduced by the dynamism of software service environments and requirements. This requires new concepts, methods, models, and technologies along with flexible and adaptive infrastructure for services developments and management in order to facilitate the on-demand integration and formation of services across different platforms and organizations. The success of service-oriented systems relies on the adoption of the derived technologies to meet the demands from the evolving environment. The journal focuses on the issues and research results related to the development of service-oriented technology, including service infrastructures, theoretical foundations and their applications and experiences in service-oriented computing. Services Marketing Quarterly is directed at academicians and practitioners who are involved in the development and application of services marketing concepts to the wide spectrum of industries that constitute the service sector of economies. The journal focuses on high quality scholarly articles that present both theoretical and empirical articles addressing various issues faced by service marketers to enhance the development of the marketing literature in the application of marketing concepts to services.Contributions are encouraged which include analysis of existing practice, methods and programs; application of new ideas and methods; and research on various aspects of services marketing. Seventeenth-Century French Studies (SCFS), which first appeared in 1979, is the annual journal of the Society for Seventeenth-Century French Studies. Peer reviewed by an internationally-based editorial board and invited specialists, the journal publishes high-quality original articles in English and French on a broad range of literary, cultural, historical and theoretical topics relating to early modern France. Studies taking up questions of gender, iconography, body criticism, economics, history of costume and the poetics of memory have recently appeared in broadly themed volumes devoted to: the knowledge economy in the long seventeenth century, conversation, gossip and the voice, image and the imagination, and pedagogy and practice.SCFS welcomes the work of both established figures and young researchers, and has historically provided a unique forum for the strong British tradition of scholarship focussing on the great seventeenth-century French classics, encouraged and supported by the Society’s first president, Roy C Knight. Currently, the journal’s increasingly broad and inclusive stance has widened to include the full range of early modern literary, musical, artistic, political and material concerns. Sex & Sexualities publishes cutting-edge sociological research on sexualities by fostering space for rigorous intersectional, interdisciplinary, transnational, feminist, and critical research. This journal serves as a home to scholarship that has been historically devalued and will center work interrogating sexualities as a site of both resistance to and reproduction of broader patterns of social marginalization. The journal encourages intersectional, feminist, transnational, and critical scholarship that foregrounds the experiences of Black, Indigenous, and other people of color (BIPOC) as well as transgender, non-binary, agender, intersex, and other gender-expansive people throughout the world. Sex & Sexualities creates a space for work that reveals the importance of sex and sexualities in interrogations of the complex power dynamics that marginalize and oppress disempowered groups while opening up spaces for resistance, pleasure, and joy.

Sex Education is an international refereed journal concerned both with the practice of sex education and with the thinking that underpins it. Contributions are welcomed from within a variety of academic disciplines - particularly health education, sociology, philosophy and psychology - and from a variety of ideological standpoints. Submitted work should connect significantly with issues concerned with sex education and have presumptions made by the author(s) described and defended. Sex Education does not assume that sex education takes place only in educational institutions and the family. Contributions are therefore welcomed which, for example, analyse the impacts of media and other vehicles of culture on sexual behaviour and attitudes. Medical and epidemiological papers (e.g. of trends in the incidences of sexually transmitted infections) will not be accepted unless their educational implications are discussed adequately. Sex Roles: A Journal of Research is an interdisciplinary behavioral science journal offering a feminist perspective. It publishes original research reports and review articles that illuminate the underlying processes and consequences of gender role socialization, gendered perceptions and behaviors, and gender stereotypes.
