The primary aim of Philosophy of Translation is to provide a forum for research into the interface between philosophy and translation. The journal adopts a plural methodology: rather than establishing another subfield within the academic domain of philosophy, it fosters philosophical research on translation in various fields through inter- and transdisciplinary approaches.

Working at the intersection between philosophy, which has a long history in many cultures, and translation studies, which is a relatively recent and ever-developing discipline, Philosophy of Translation offers the opportunity for pioneering insights into the nature of both fields. The enquiry is timely and offers exciting possibilities, because this is the first journal primarily concerned with the philosophy of translation.

Since translation experience accompanied by theoretical reflections should constitute one of the pillars in the development of philosophies of translation, the journal will also provide a platform for contributions from translators concerning their or others’ translations, and in this way reassess the figure of translators and their praxis.

Philosophy of the Social Sciences (POS), peer-reviewed and published quarterly, has served as the international, interdisciplinary forum for current research, theory, and debate on the philosophical foundations of the social sciences for 40 years. POS focuses on the central issues of the social sciences, including general methodology, the application of philosophy (especially individualism versus holism), the nature of rationality, and the history of theories and concepts.

Philosophy, Ethics, and Humanities in Medicine is ready to accept articles on the philosophy of medicine and biology, and on ethical aspects of clinical practice and research.

Philosophy, Psychiatry, & Psychology (PPP) focuses on the area of overlap among philosophy, psychiatry, and abnormal psychology. The journal advances philosophical inquiry in psychiatry and abnormal psychology while making clinical material and theory more accessible to philosophers. Each issue features both original and review articles, a "Concurrent Contents" section that lists relevant publications, and a newly expanded "International News and Notes" section.

Phlebology is the only English language journal devoted entirely to venous disease and is officially endorsed by the American College of Phlebology. This peer-reviewed journal publishes the results of high quality studies and reviews on any factor that may influence the outcome of patients with venous disease. Readers benefit from authoritative information about all aspects of diseases of the veins and the subject matter is of interest not only to medical practitioners (dermatologists, vascular surgeons and radiologists) but also to nursing staff, allied professionals and scientists. Content includes reviews, full original papers, short reports and letters to the editor.

PHOENIX encourages submissions in English and in French from Canadian and foreign scholars in every area of Classical studies without restriction, including most notably Greek and Latin literature, Greek and Roman history and society, ancient philosophy, and Classical art and archaeology. PHOENIX is published by the University of Toronto Press for the Classical Association of Canada.

Research into spoken language has become increasingly accessible to instrumental analysis and experimental verification. They are the underpinning of Phonetic Science for the investigation of speech in communicative settings across the world’s languages. Reflecting this communicative Phonetic Science, 'Phonetica' is an international and interdisciplinary forum that covers all aspects of the subject matter, from the phonetic and phonological descriptions of sounds and prosodies to the measuring domains of speech physiology, articulation, acoustics, and perception. 'Phonetica' thus provides a platform for a comprehensive representation of speaker-hearer interaction in languages and dialects. Papers published in this journal report expert original work dealing both with theoretical issues and with new empirical data.
