HRB Open Research provides all HRB-funded researchers with a place to rapidly publish any results they think are worth sharing. All articles benefit from immediate publication, transparent refereeing and the inclusion of all source data.

HRB Open Research publishes scholarly articles reporting any basic scientific, translational, applied and clinical research (including quantitative and qualitative studies) in any of the areas funded (or co-funded) by the Health Research Board.

Submission to HRB Open Research is open to all HRB-grantholders or people working on a HRB-funded/co-funded grant on or since 1 January 2017. Publications from this group of researchers may include research outputs that were not directly funded as part of a HRB grant.

Journal of Food Science and Nutrition strives to publish nutrition research articles, nutrition research reviews, current development in nutrition research, food processing research, food processing reviews, food science and food technology articles. Articles can be accessed through Google scholar, DOI and J-Gate, as this journal is indexed in theses indexing sites. Readers can access and download the articles freely, which eventually increases the impact factor.ury.
