The Indian Journal of Pediatrics, an International monthly Pediatric Journal, was established in 1933 by the late Dr. K.C. Chaudhuri. The journal aims to publish and propagate the latest research and medical achievements in pediatrics and child health, including genetics.

The Indian Society for Plant Physiology sets up a platform for scientists and research workers dealing with the physiology of plants so as to facilitate the exchange of ideas and serve as a point of interaction.The journal publishes original research papers in the field of plant physiology and related subjects such as biochemistry, agronomy, soil science, horticulture, genetics, molecular biology and other cognate sciences that form the base of plant physiology.

Indian Journal of Pure and Applied Mathematics (IJPAM) is devoted to publication of selected papers dealing with original research in Pure and Applied Mathematics, Statistics as well as topics in Mathematical Sciences such as Operations Research, Mathematical Economics, Mathematics Biology, and Computer Science. It is published by the Indian National Science Academy, New Delhi. The Indian Journal of Surgical Oncology aims to encourage and promote clinical and research activities pertaining to Surgical Oncology. It also aims to bring in the concept of multidisciplinary team approach in management of various cancers.The Journal would publish original article, point of technique, review article, case report, letter to editor, profiles of eminent teachers, surgeons and instititions - a short (up to 500 words) of the Cancer Institutions, departments, and oncologist, who founded new departments.

The primary aim of the Indian Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery is education. The journal aims to dissipate current clinical practices and developments in the area of cardiovascular surgery. This includes information on cardiovascular epidemiology, aeteopathogenesis, clinical manifestation etc. The journal accepts manuscripts from cardiovascular anaesthesia, cardiothoracic and vascular nursing and technology development and new/innovative products. The journal is published quarterly and is dead lined for distribution by 15th March, 15th June, 15th September and 15th December. The journal is mailed to all national and international members, advertisers and reviewers of the manuscripts. Complementary subscriptions are sent to selected libraries. The journal is the official publication of the Indian Association of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgeons which has a membership of over 1000 at present. Description The journal is the official organ of the Indian Association of Cardiovascular-Thoracic Surgeons. It was started in 1982 by Dr. Solomon Victor and ws being published twice a year up to 1996. From 2000 the editorial office moved to Delhi. From 2001 the journal was extended to quarterly and subsequently four issues annually have been printed out at time and regularly without fail. The journal receives manuscripts from members and non-members and cardiovascular surgeons. The manuscripts are peer reviewed by at least two or sometimes three or four reviewers who are on the panel. The manuscript process is now completely online. Funding the journal comes partially from the organization and from revenue generated by subscription and advertisement.

The general objective of Indian Pediatrics is 'To promote the science and practice of Pediatrics.' An important guiding principle has been the simultaneous need to inform, educate and entertain the target audience. The specific key objectives are: To publish original, relevant, well researched peer reviewed articles on issues related to child health. To provide continuing education to support informed clinical decisions and research.To foster responsible and balanced debate on controversial issues that affect child health, including non-clinical areas such as medical education, ethics, law, environment and economics.To achieve the highest level of ethical medical journalism and to produce a publication that is timely, credible and enjoyable to read.

The journal Infection is a peer-reviewed forum for the presentation and discussion of clinically relevant information on infectious diseases for readers and contributors from all over the world. Articles deal with etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases in outpatient and inpatient setting. Public health issues of local, regional and international importance related to infectious diseases are covered along with progress and problems in hospital epidemiology. The main contents include original articles describing results of research projects; brief reports on new observations that enhance the knowledge of clinicians; and state-of-the-art reviews on topics relevant to physicians diagnosing or treating infectious diseases. Case reports describing new infectious etiologies or clinical manifestations are also offered. Infection adheres to a high standard of quality of all published material.

Infectious Agents and Cancer is ready to receive manuscripts on all aspects of the pathogenic mechanisms of chronic infections and progression to oncogenesis.

Infectious Diseases and Therapy is an open access, internationally peer-reviewed, rapid publication journal (peer review in 2 weeks, published 3-4 weeks from acceptance). Emphasis is placed on high quality pre-clinical, clinical (phases 1-4), and real world research around the discovery,  development, and use of infectious disease therapies. The journal also encourages diagnostic,  pharmacoeconomic, public health, educational, and quality of life studies as well as research around the prevention and management of infectious disease.
