Cyber-Physical Systems is an international interdisciplinary journal dedicated to publishing the highest quality research in the rapidly-growing field of cyber-physical systems / Internet-of-Things.

Publications will cover theory, algorithms, simulations, architectures, implementations, services and applications of state-of-the-art research in this exciting field.

The journal welcomes submissions in the following key areas of interest:

A. Networks and Networked Systems where intelligent entities exchange information to achieve improved overall performance for both cyber and physical components. Particular areas of interests include:
• sensor, vehicular, robot, camera, aerial and social smartphone networks
• wireless networking technologies and autonomous ad hoc networks
• internet of things and machine-to-machine communications
• networked infrastructure management with applications such as smart power grids and transportation systems
• network enabled computation, coordination, and actuation
• scalability of complex networks

B. Modelling and Control where mathematical and computational methods are developed and applied to facilitate innovative design, in-depth analysis, and novel insights of the fundamental principles.
Particular areas of interests include:
• control theory with a clear cyber-physical tone such as networked control, distributed optimization, and distributed learning
• autonomy with applications in mobile sensor networks, internet connected cars, etc.
• modelling of tightly integrated physical processes, software, computation platforms, and networks

C. Data Management where novel methods are developed to reliably gather, store, transfer, and analyse large amount of data and dataflow.
Particular areas of interests include:
• data management and processing (e.g. big data, cloud computing)
• location and tracking based services
• smart cameras and computer vision based context management
• web of things.

D. Software and Hardware where novel designs and implementations of test-beds, platforms, and software will significantly improve the speed, efficiency, and reliability of next generation CPS.  Particular areas of interests include:
• embedded systems applications (pervasive computing, real-time control technologies)
• resource-constrained systems (low power, energizing, device miniaturization)
• standards and middleware.

E. Other Emerging Areas where new challenges, new ideas, and new principles are shaping. For example,
• incentive, security, trust, and privacy issues in CPS
• smart living technologies such as smart city, smart home and office, wearable devices, learning devices, etc.
• social M2M networks, social impact of CPS, creative aspects.

Cyber-Physical Systems encourages original articles in these areas, including technical contributions, short communications, and novel surveys. The journal will make special effort to encourage submissions from authors working in industry. Proposals for special issues in cutting-edge and newly-developing areas of cyber physical systems are encouraged, and should be discussed with the Editor-in-Chief.

Footwear Science publishes reports of original research in the disciplines of biomechanics, ergonomics, physiology, clinical science, kinanthropometry, physics, engineering and mathematics. The use of footwear or footwear components, or application of the results to footwear is a major component of the research published in this international, peer-reviewed Journal. Methodological as well as experimental papers may be submitted, and the journal accepts original articles, reviews and perspective articles (usually by editorial invitation only), book reviews and letters to the Editor. The criteria for acceptance of manuscripts include: scientific excellence and rigor, novelty, significance, clarity, conciseness and interest to our broad readership. Papers published in the journal may cover a wide range of topics within the broad scope of footwear science, including, but not limited to: * Influence of footwear on kinematics and kinetics of human movement * Influence of footwear and footwear design on human performance * Applications of research to design of all types of functional and purpose-built footwear * Research applied to casual, dress, fashion, duty, athletic, and specialty footwear * Footwear in prevention and treatment of diseases of lower extremity * Role of footwear in the prevention and treatment of athletic injury * Shoe properties and human perceptions * Human factors applied to fit and function of footwear * Measurement of footwear biomechanical and physical properties Review Articles Footwear Science accepts submission of manuscripts that review the literature on a particular topic and present an analysis of the current status of that topic. These are not original research articles with new data but represent well-balanced summaries of timely subjects, with reference to the literature. Review articles are usually invited by the Editor-in-Chief, although they can be submitted unsolicited. All review articles, even if invited, are peer reviewed. To help to facilitate this process it is suggested that the author of the review contact the Editor-in-Chief in advance of submission to discuss the proposed topic. The required format for review articles is similar to that used for research articles, with the exception that headings such as 'Methodolgy,' 'Results and Discussion,' and 'Conclusions' should be replaced with more appropriate headings, consistent with the contents of the article. Review articles published by Footwear Science are intended primarily for informed scientists who works in the broad disciplines that encompass footwear science, for example: biomechanics, ergonomics, physiology, clinical science, kinanthropometry, physics, engineering, materials science, and mathematics.. Manuscripts should both present a summary and a critical evaluation of significant investigations and provide suggestions for further research. We also welcome reviews that discuss recent technical or theoretical advances, topics of unusual interest, or, core questions about the foundations of footwear science. Theoretical papers should clearly identify the focus of study, review the relevant literature, and develop approaches to new levels of understanding. We are always looking for a balanced approach in Footwear Science review articles. Whenever possible the author should include all relevant literature showing the broadest possible basis for the review and the author's perspectives. Although the main thrust of reviews should be to summarize what is known about a particular topic area based on a rigorous review of the scientific literature, we expect that review authors may wish to offer some opinion and give a perspective, or, perhaps even speculate, if such speculation has a basis in scientific evidence. An abstract of 200 to 250 words is required; for more information on format, see instructions for authors. We have no limit on the length of review articles, however, we are always looking for concise and lucid treatments of the topic under review. All published research articles in this journal have undergone rigorous peer review, based on initial editor screening and anonymous refereeing by independent expert referees.

Since its inception in 1995 Injury Prevention has been the preeminent repository of original research and compelling commentary relevant to this increasingly important field. An international peer review journal, Injury Prevention offers the best in science, policy, and public health practice to reduce the burden of injury in all age groups around the world. The journal publishes original research, opinion, debate and special features on the prevention of unintentional, occupational and intentional (violence-related) injuries.The journal is indexed by the National Library of Medicine, Index Medicus and Embase. Its Impact Factor for 2009 was 1.504, ranking in the top half of all public health journals.Injury Prevention is more than a collection of original articles, brief reports and methodological submissions. To ensure its appeal to both academics and front-line workers, Injury Prevention regularly includes a News and Notes section and other special features: program reports, guest editorials, commentaries, book reviews, and letters.Above all, the papers reflect the Journal's international orientation. Its large and distinguished editorial board represents 20 different countries. with a growing number of contributions from researchers and program planners in low and middle income countries.

International Journal of Islamic and Middle Eastern Finance and Management (IMEFM) publishes quality and in-depth analysis on current issues within Islamic and Middle Eastern finance and management.

The Journal of Marine Science and Technology provides a forum for the discussion of current issues in marine science and technology. The range of topics extends from research in naval architecture, marine engineering, and ocean engineering to marine-related research in the fields of environmental science and technology, oceanography, computational mechanics, and information technology. The Russian Journal of Organic Chemistry (Zhurnal Organicheskoi Khimii) was founded in 1965. It covers all aspects of modern organic chemistry including organic synthesis, theoretical organic chemistry, structure and mechanism, and the application of organometallic compounds in organic synthesis. The journal is of interest to researchers in both scientific and industrial institutes, as well as for university libraries.
