The purpose of Advances in Chronic Kidney Disease is to provide in-depth, scholarly review articles about the care and management of persons with early kidney disease and kidney failure, as well as those at risk for kidney disease. Emphasis is on articles related to the early identification of kidney disease; prevention or delay in progression of kidney disease; the multidisciplinary case management of patients with chronic kidney disease or kidney failure, organ effects of kidney disease; epidemiology and outcomes research in chronic kidney disease; benefits and complications of the primary treatment methods, dialysis and transplantation; technical aspects of the delivery of uremia therapy; care of the critically ill patient with kidney failure in the intensive care setting; new therapies for kidney failure; and health care research in chronic kidney disease. The full spectrum of basic science through clinical care is covered in these reviews. Clinical care issues stress the multidisciplinary team approach to the care of kidney patients. Topics covered will be of interest to practicing nephrologists (pediatric and adult), nephrology fellows (pediatric and adult), nurses, technicians, dietitians, and social workers caring for patients with kidney disease. Theoretical papers, reviews, and commentaries are encouraged if they contribute substantially to current knowledge. Reports of novel ways to reduce barriers and promote implementation of evidence practice in real world settings and to enhance access and retention of minorities in psychiatric rehabilitation programs are also encouraged. The Annual Review of Clinical Psychology, in publication since 2005, provides comprehensive reviews of significant developments in the field of Clinical Psychology and Psychiatry. The journal covers research, theory, and the application of psychological principles to address recognized disorders, including schizophrenia, mood, anxiety, childhood, substance use, cognitive, and personality disorders. Chapters also address broader issues cross-cutting the field, such as diagnosis, treatment, social policy, and cross-cultural and legal issues.

Anthropology & Education Quarterly is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes scholarship on schooling in social and cultural context and on human learning both inside and outside of schools. Articles rely primarily on ethnographic research to address immediate problems of practice as well as broad theoretical questions. AEQ also publishes on the teaching of anthropology.

Anthropology and Humanism concerns that central question of the discipline: what it is to be human. AH welcomes contributions from all major fields of anthropology and from scholars in other social science disciplines, as well as the humanities. The Anthropology of Work Review is the publication of the Society for the Anthropology of Work, which is a section of the American Anthropological Association. The goal of the journal is to publish research that will facilitate exchanges between those engaged in the study of all dimensions of human work. Articles and photo essays are welcomed from those working inside and outside academic contexts, from all nations and from all subfields and areas of specialty within anthropology. Theoretical and methodological discussions of the study of work and its contexts are encouraged, including interdisciplinary, collaborative, and student submissions.

Capitalism Nature Socialism (CNS) is an international red-green journal of theory and politics. Comments on Inorganic Chemistry is intended as a vehicle for concisely and authoritatively written critical discussions of important developments in inorganic chemistry. Through the medium of the 'Comments' the editors hope to make it easy and enticing for the specialist in a given area of inorganic chemistry - synthesis, structure, spectroscopy, kinetics and mechanisms, theory - to write about their interests. Younger inorganic chemists, in particular, whose research is not widely known, are encouraged to describe their work in 'Comments'. Since a 'Comment' is an expert guide to the important progress in individual fields, articles from senior authors in any science field, with personal points of view appropriate to inorganic chemistry, are welcome. Reviews of topics important to the advancement of inorganic chemistry are especially solicited. From time to time, comments on topical conferences may be included. While all contributions are solicited by the editors, potential authors are encouraged to write the editors or a member of the Editorial Board of their interest in doing an article. The articles are reviewed by experts and members of the Editorial Board for their quality and appropriateness.
