Science Robotics provides a forum for the latest technological advances and for the critical social, ethical and policy issues surrounding robotics. Science Robotics is multidisciplinary, covering the traditional disciplines of robotics, as well as emerging trends such as advanced materials and bio-inspired designs; it covers all scales, from very large systems to micro/nano robots; its scope is broad, addressing both theoretical advances and practical applications; and it promotes reproducibility, facilitated by online supplementary materials and design/code repositories.
Science Signaling is a resource for groundbreaking research and commentary in the dynamic field of cellular signaling, the basic mechanism that underlie biological processes across all organisms. The scope of Science Signaling extends from basic science to design of therapeutics and from molecules to networks and systems design. Particular emphasis is placed on studies that provide new insights into physiology; delineate aberrant mechanisms that cause disease; identify new potential therapeutic targets and strategies; and characterize the effects of drugs in vitro and in vivo.
Science Translational Medicine promotes human health by providing a forum for communicating the latest research advances from biomedical, translational, and clinical researchers from all established and emerging disciplines relevant to medicine. To that end, Science Translational Medicine seeks articles that fill the scientific knowledge gaps at the junction of preclinical research and medical applications in order to accelerate the translation of this knowledge into new ways for preventing, diagnosing and treating human disease. Areas covered include Cardiovascular disease, immunology/vaccines, metabolism/diabetes/obesity, neuroscience/neurology/psychiatry, cancer, infectious diseases, policy, behavior, bioengineering, chemical genomics/drug discovery, imaging, applied physical sciences, medical nanotechnology, drug delivery, biomarkers, gene therapy/regenerative medicine, toxicology and pharmacokinetics, data mining, cell culture, animal and human studies, medical informatics, and other interdisciplinary approaches to medicine.
Science and AI is an open access, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to top-quality research and reviews that harness artificial intelligence to address fundamental scientific challenges across diverse disciplines while advancing AI development through scientific data. It aims to foster collaboration between AI specialists and domain experts and accelerate innovation in both novel methodologies and practical scientific solutions.
Science and Engineering Ethics is a multi-disciplinary journal that explores ethical issues of direct concern to scientists and engineers. Coverage encompasses professional education, standards and ethics in research and practice, extending to the effects of innovation on society at large. Recent controversies and instances of misconduct in science have attracted considerable media attention. In addition, the power of new technologies developed through science and engineering - especially as portrayed by the media - have inspired growing popular concern. Science and Engineering Ethics offers a forum for the examination and discussion of ethical issues arising in the practice of scientific research and engineering, and in the practical application of that work. Although the focus of this publication is science and engineering, contributions from a broad range of disciplines are included.
