Archives of Civil and Mechanical Engineering (ACME) publishes both theoretical and experimental papers which explore or exploit new ideas and techniques in the following areas: structural engineering (structures, machines and mechanical systems), mechanics of materials (elasticity, plasticity, rheology, fatigue, fracture mechanics), materials science (metals, composites, ceramics, plastics, wood, concrete, etc., their structures and properties, methods of evaluation), In addition to research papers, the Editorial Board welcome: state-of-the-art reviews of specialized topics. All papers are subject to a referee procedure.ACME does not accept manuscripts containing:• Simulation with no experimental verification and/or which gives no new insight into the process.• The analysis of material properties or product performance without reference to the processing which caused them and their application.
The journal publishes original contributions dealing with psychological aspects of the etiology, diagnosis, and treatment of disorders arising out of dysfunction of the central nervous system. Archives of Clinical Neuropsychology will also consider manuscripts involving the established principles of the profession of neuropsychology: (a) delivery and evaluation of services, (b) ethical and legal issues, and (c) approaches to education and training. Preference will be given to empirical reports and key reviews. Brief research reports and commentaries on published articles (not exceeding two printed pages) will also be considered. At the discretion of the editor, rebuttals to commentaries may be in invited. Occasional papers of a theoretical nature will be considered. Archives of Clinical Neuropsychology is published 8 times a year.
Publishing original papers of scientific value in the field of Clinical Psychiatry and similar areas.
Archives of Computational Methods in Engineering provides an active forum for the dissemination of results in both research and advanced practice in computational engineering, with particular emphasis on mechanics and its related areas. The journal exclusively publishes extended state-of-the-art reviews in selected areas, a unique feature of the journal. Reviews published in the journal not only offer a survey of the current literature, but also a critical exposition of the topic in its full complexity. A partial list of topics includes modeling; solution techniques and applications of computational methods in a variety of areas (e.g., liquid and gas dynamics, solid and structural mechanics, bio-mechanics, etc.); variational formulations and numerical algorithms related to implementation of the finite and boundary element methods; finite difference and finite volume methods; and other basic computational methodologies.
Archives of Dermatological Research is a highly rated international journal that publishes original contributions in the field of experimental dermatology, including papers on biochemistry, morphology and immunology of the skin. The journal is among the few not related to dermatological associations or belonging to respective societies which guarantees complete independence. This English-language journal also offers a platform for review articles in areas of interest for dermatologists and for publication of innovative clinical trials. ADR offers English language copy-editing free of charge - especially helpful for non-native English speakers. All artwork and colour pictures are published without additional fees. Archives of Dermatological Research was founded in 1869 as 'Archiv für Dermatologie und Syphilis'
